What's inside

Sown does a few things deeply, instead of many things loudly — designed around how the teen brain actually plans, forgets, and recovers.

Your Week

Visual time, not "fine" time. The day shows up as blocks with a moving "now" line and countdown buffers between them. Time you can see is time you can use — and a missed task bumps gently, with no red and no broken chain.

Planning is itself an executive-function cost, so Sown pre-bakes calm, chunked sequences you can drop onto any day in one tap — then edit or remove blocks after. Reusable building blocks instead of a blank page.

A scoped, opt-in view the teen turns on — and can turn off. It shows a quiet end-of-day summary only: no live location, no real-time feed, no notifications, no covert mode. The co-pilot seat, never the surveillance booth.
